1. Yoga Mat (If you don't have one, let me know so that we can set you up with one)
2. Workout Clothes (dress for the weather, we workout rain or shine)
3. Water (bring at least a large bottle of water so that you are properly hydrated)
4. Light Weights (5lb, 8lb, 10lb weights, if you don't have any, let me know so we can set you up)
Weights are OPTIONAL!!! Only if you want to challenge yourself more.
If you are a beginner, don't worry about bringing weights.
